1. Introductory Consultation
You will review your health intake forms and goals and address any injuries or muscular imbalances. You will also work out and experience Classical Pilates and/or the GYROTONIC® Method.
2. Welcome Package
At the end of your consultation, your certified teacher will recommend a Welcome Package with an instructor who fits your goals, personalized programming needs, and budget. This will be the first step toward your customized program.
3. Customized Program
Your personalized program may include private lessons, a mix of private and semi-private lessons, or exclusively semi-private lessons. We will take into account your goals, programming needs, and budget.
Introductory Consultation Session

This is a formal one-on-one onboarding session with one of our premier or senior instructors. During this meeting, you will review your health intake forms, discuss any injuries, weaknesses, or muscular imbalances, and outline your fitness goals. This information will be the foundation for creating customized workouts that align with your goals and help you achieve them effectively.
You will also have the opportunity to work out and experience the classical Pilates or the GYROTONIC® Method. To help maximize the benefits of your workout, you can expect personalized cues and hands-on adjustments.

We can’t think of a better way to have fun with friends or family AND keep yourself on track with your fitness goals!
Like a Private Session, the Pilates or GYROTONIC® Method Duet Session is designed similarly, with custom-designed workouts tailored to all the studio’s apparatus, to condition your body with each person’s individual fitness goals in mind.

Classical Pilates and the GYROTONIC® Method offer a balanced and holistic movement experience that enhances overall well-being.
Classical Pilates is best suited for:
