Pilates Fit Studio was built on a commitment to preserving and teaching Classical Pilates and GYROTONIC® the way they were meant to be taught.

When I moved to Louisville in 2014, opening a studio wasn’t the plan. I just knew I wanted to teach the work the way I had learned it, with integrity. At the time, there wasn’t a place in the city where I could do that, so I created one.

For the first three years, I taught out of my home studio, often with my son on my hip. It was small, personal, and laid the foundation for everything Pilates Fit Studio is today.

As the wellness community in Louisville grew, it became increasingly clear that there was a need for high-quality training grounded in globally recognized standards. Bringing the gold standard of Classical Pilates here just made sense.

From a 500-square-foot space in Crestwood to Pewee Valley, and now to our second location in Indian Hills, we’ve grown. But what we stand for has never changed. We are here to preserve the work and carry it forward the right way.
