From a lifelong background in movement and a deep respect for the classical method, Savannah is passionate about helping clients build strength, control, and confidence through precise, intentional Pilates practice.
Movement has always been central to Savannah’s life. Growing up in a military family, she learned discipline, resilience, and adaptability from an early age. She trained as a competitive dancer in pointe, jazz, tap, and contemporary styles, developing a strong foundation in body awareness and technique. Surrounded by a highly active family, Savannah was immersed in a culture of athleticism, dedication, and performance.
Savannah discovered Pilates during a trip to Spain in 2022, where she immediately connected it to ballet’s emphasis on precision, control, and alignment. That experience sparked her decision to pursue Pilates not just as a passion, but as a profession. She enrolled in the Real Pilates® Teacher Training Program through Pilates Fit Studio and completed her Classical Pilates certification, rooted in the third-generation lineage of Romana Kryzanowska.
Outside the studio, Savannah holds a Master’s degree in Business Marketing and works as a digital marketer, social media manager, and content creator. Savannah is committed to preserving the integrity of classical Pilates while making it feel accessible, empowering, and relevant for a new generation. Her goal is to create an environment where every client feels stronger, more capable, and more connected to their body through the time-tested principles of Contrology.
