Begin with a private, one-on-one session designed to understand your body and create the foundation for your individualized program.
This is a comprehensive assessment where we review your health history, discuss injuries or areas of concern, and evaluate how your body moves in real time. From there, we begin building a program tailored to your goals, needs, and lifestyle.
You will also experience a guided session in either Classical Pilates or the GYROTONIC® Method, with expert observation, hands-on support, and precise cueing so you can move with clarity and control from the start.
Your Session includes:
- Health history and movement assessment
- Identification of imbalances, limitations, and strengths
- Personalized program recommendations
- A private training session using Pilates or GYROTONIC®
- Clear next steps for your progression

The Foundation Group Series
Your Introduction to Structured Small-Group Training | $220
The Foundations Group Series is designed for clients who want a guided introduction to our small-group Classical Pilates and GYROTONIC® training.
In this structured series, you will learn the fundamentals of movement, equipment, and form while building strength, control, and confidence in a focused, supportive environment.
This is not a drop-in class.
It is a progressive starting point designed to prepare you for ongoing training.
What’s Included:
- 6 small group sessions (3–4 clients per group)
- 4 Classical Pilates Reformer sessions
- 2 specialty Tower sessions (SpringTone® or GYROTONIC® Tower)
- Instruction in form, flow, and equipment use
- A clear pathway into continued small-group training
