Introductory Consultation Session
Your Personalized Onboarding Experience
Start with a private, one-on-one consultation designed to create the foundation for your individualized program. During this in-depth session, your instructor will review your health history, discuss injuries or areas of concern, and clarify your goals to design a customized workout plan that meets your needs. You’ll also experience a personalized session in either Classical Pilates or the GYROTONIC® Method, guided by expert instruction, hands-on support, and detailed cues to help you move with confidence and control.

The Foundations Series
Your Introduction to the Classical Pilates & GYROTONIC® Group Experience
6 Small Groups: 4 Reformer & 2 Tower Classes.
Build strength, balance, and control with The Foundations Series, our small-group Pilates and GYROTONIC® 101 program designed for beginners. This supportive series teaches the fundamentals of movement through four Pilates Reformer classes, followed by two specialty sessions—SpringTone® at our Indian Hills studio or the GYROTONIC® Tower at our Pewee Valley studio. Each class helps you move safely and effectively while gaining confidence, strength, and body awareness.
